氣動閥門在使用過程中,通常需要配置一些輔助件來提升氣動閥門的性能,或者提高氣動閥門的使用效率。氣動閥門常見的配件包括:空氣過濾器、換向電磁閥、限位開關、電氣定位器等。氣動技術中將空氣過濾器、減壓閥、油霧器三種氣源處理元件組裝在一起稱為氣動三聯件,用以進入氣動儀表之氣源凈化過濾和減壓儀表供給額定的氣源壓力,相當于電路中的電源變壓器的功能。

氣動閥門是復雜的自動化控制儀表,由多種氣動元件組成,用戶需根據控制需要,進行詳細選擇。

氣動閥門的安裝與使用
Installation and use of pneumatic valve
(1)氣動閥門在安裝使用之前,對閥門進行安裝前的檢查和開關運行試驗。只有在運行動作正常的條件下,才能安裝使用。
(1) Before the pneumatic valve is installed and used, the valve shall be inspected before installation and tested for opening and closing operation. It can be installed and used only when the operation is normal.
(2)氣動閥門的安裝要盡可能使閥門與管路法蘭同心,并加支撐固定。不能使球閥受其它外力作用,以免損壞閥門的中密封及閥門變形。造成閥門開關不靈及閥門的損壞而無法使用。
(2) The installation of pneumatic valve shall make the valve and pipeline flange concentric as far as possible, and shall be supported and fixed. The ball valve shall not be subjected to other external forces to avoid damage to the middle seal of the valve and deformation of the valve. The valve cannot be used due to inflexible opening and closing and damage of the valve.
(3)要保證氣動球閥及氣動元件所提供的動力氣源是潔凈,盡可能不帶油污及水。清潔度應小于0.4微米。
(3) Ensure that the power air supply provided by the pneumatic ball valve and pneumatic components is clean and free of oil and water as much as possible. The cleanliness shall be less than 0.4 microns.
(4)接入氣源之前,清潔供氣管路,氣源接口和開關等器件,以防由于管路不清潔帶上污物和泥沙沖入氣動執行單元而造成故障。
(4) Before connecting to the air source, clean the air supply pipeline, air source interface, switch and other devices to prevent the failure caused by the uncleaned pipeline with dirt and sediment rushing into the pneumatic actuating unit.
(5)氣動執行器、電磁閥、定位器、過濾器、減壓閥等的連接,可用銅管或尼龍管,為以防防塵及減小噪聲,排氣口應安裝消聲器或消聲節流閥。
(5) The connection of pneumatic actuator, solenoid valve, positioner, filter, pressure reducing valve, etc. can be made of copper pipe or nylon pipe. In order to prevent dust and reduce noise, the exhaust port shall be installed with muffler or silencing throttle valve.
(6)安裝好以后,對氣動閥門應進行試驗,給氣動執行器加壓額定值,壓力為0.4~0.7mpa,對氣動球閥進行開關試驗,觀察閥門的開閉情況。應轉動靈活無卡阻現象。在開關如有卡阻現象可增高氣壓,反復開關使閥門調到開關靈活即可。
(6) After installation, the pneumatic valve shall be tested, the pneumatic actuator shall be pressurized to the rated value with the pressure of 0.4~0.7 mpa, the pneumatic ball valve shall be tested for opening and closing, and the opening and closing of the valve shall be observed. It shall rotate flexibly without jamming. If the switch is jammed, the air pressure can be increased. Repeated opening and closing can make the valve flexible.
(7)安裝調試開關型氣動閥時,先用手動裝置進行(電磁閥上的手動按鈕)調試、動作正常后在通電調試。
(7) When installing and debugging the switch type pneumatic valve, first use the manual device (the manual button on the solenoid valve) for debugging, and then conduct the power on debugging after the action is normal.
(8)氣動閥門應定期進行維護保養閥桿轉動處,應三個月加油(機油)一次。定期對氣動執行單元和配合使用的空氣過濾器進行放水、排污。正常的情況下六個月檢查一次,每年檢修一次。
(8) The pneumatic valve shall be maintained regularly at the rotating position of the valve stem, and oil (engine oil) shall be added once every three months. Regularly drain and blow down the pneumatic actuating unit and the air filter used together. Under normal conditions, the inspection shall be conducted once every six months and the maintenance shall be conducted once a year.
