The pressure angle on the sealing surface is greater than the friction angle, and adopts a "radial dynamic balance sealing system" design, which makes the butterfly plate opening resistance extremely low. During the opening and closing process, the sealing surface of the butterfly plate can be quickly and instantly completed at various points along the 360 ° circumference, with point by point contact and point by point detachment. By opening the seal, it can be separated and quickly and accurately achieve the sealing action of automatically matching the closing contact. The adjustable multi-level all metal hard sealing butterfly valve adopts multiple seals and integral all metal seals on the sealing surface, and is processed into an elliptical cross-section sealing ring through high-precision mechanical processing. It forms a sealing pair with the metal sealing surface of the valve seat. This sealing structure does not produce plastic deformation under high pressure conditions, and there is no stamping stress, welding stress, elastic annealing, or brittle cracking phenomenon under high or low temperature conditions. It completely solves the problem of leakage caused by the unreasonable sealing structure of traditional butterfly valves and greatly improves the reliability of valve sealing. The overall all metal sealing type we designed has outstanding advantages in ultra-high temperature conditions ranging from 400 ℃ to 850 ℃, as well as in conditions that generate strong water knives. It does not deform, and the sealing surface is not cut, maintaining good sealing. According to experimental measurements, the opening torque of the adjustable hard sealed butterfly valve is about one-third of that of traditional structural butterfly valves, and its service life is 5-8 times that of traditional hard sealed butterfly valves.
