For specific stem valves, please remember the position of the valve stem to avoid hitting the dead center when fully open. It is convenient to check whether it is normal when it is completely closed. If the valve falls off or large sundries are embedded between the valve core seals, change the valve stem position when it is fully closed.

如手輪.如果手柄損壞或丟失，應(yīng)立即配齊，不得用活絡(luò)板手代替，以免損壞閥桿四方，開閉不靈，導(dǎo)致生產(chǎn)中發(fā)生事故。

For example, if the handle is damaged or lost, it should be prepared immediately. It is not allowed to use the flexible wrench to replace it, so as to avoid damage to the valve stem square and inflexible opening and closing, leading to accidents in production.

部分介質(zhì)在手動(dòng)閥關(guān)閉后冷卻，使閥件收縮，操作人員應(yīng)在適當(dāng)?shù)臅r(shí)間再次關(guān)閉，使密封面無細(xì)縫，否則介質(zhì)從細(xì)縫高速流動(dòng)，容易侵蝕密封面。

Part of the medium cools down after the manual valve is closed to make the valve shrink. The operator should close it again at an appropriate time to make the sealing surface free of fine seams. Otherwise, the medium flows from the fine seams at high speed and is easy to erode the sealing surface.

操作過程中，如果發(fā)現(xiàn)操作過于困難，應(yīng)分析原因。如果填料太緊，可以適當(dāng)放松。如果閥桿傾斜，應(yīng)通知人員進(jìn)行維修。有些閥門在關(guān)閉狀態(tài)下加熱膨脹，難以打開；如果此時(shí)必須打開，可以將閥蓋螺紋擰松半圈到一圈，閥桿應(yīng)力，然后移動(dòng)手輪。

During the operation, if the operation is found to be too difficult, the cause shall be analyzed. If the packing is too tight, it can be properly loosened. If the valve stem is inclined, notify the personnel for maintenance. Some valves are difficult to open due to heating expansion under closed state; If the valve must be opened at this time, loosen the bonnet thread by half a turn to one turn to relieve the stress on the valve stem, and then move the handwheel.
